Behind the lens

I’ve always loved capturing moments. Ever since I was young, I was the person taking photos of everything around me. After getting my first camera in 2017, photography quickly became more than a hobby and grew into a passion for storytelling through visual media.

While attending Anderson University, I spent two years serving as a photographer for AU Campus Worship. During my time there, I also launched Grace Matthews Media. I graduated in 2023 with a B.A. in Communication, concentrating in Digital Media with a minor in Marketing.

Today, I continue to grow my business and serve clients in my hometown of Hartsville, South Carolina. Over the past year, God has opened countless doors through meaningful connections and new opportunities, and I’m excited to continue growing as a photographer while helping others capture their moments and tell their stories well.
